Get To Know Lauren Williams
Lauren joined VetweRx Equine North in September 2025 as Practice Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience in veterinary hospital leadership, business operations, and team development. Her background includes managing multi-doctor practices, leading teams of more than 20 employees, and helping open two veterinary hospitals. Throughout her career in North Carolina and Colorado, she has focused on supporting veterinary professionals, strengthening hospital operations, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Before entering the veterinary field, Lauren proudly served in the United States Navy as a Quartermaster Second Class Petty Officer during Operation Enduring Freedom. She was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for her service and brings that same dedication, teamwork, and commitment to her work today.
Lauren is passionate about creating a positive, collaborative workplace where team members feel supported and can provide outstanding care to horses and their owners. She values strong relationships, open communication, and opportunities to help both people and practices grow.
A Colorado native, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, attending concerts, and snowboarding. Outside the hospital, she can often be found exploring Colorado’s outdoors with her Chesapeake Bay Retriever and adventure buddy, Buoy.
